How can I return my order?


If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the option to send them back to us.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

How do I send the goods back?

We do not provide a return label – please affix sufficient postage yourself and choose a shipping carrier of your choice.

Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note with your return.

Alternatively, you can include the following information:

  • Email address of the buyer / first and last name of the buyer
  • Order or invoice number
  • Item number
  • Reason for return

Please list any items included as complaints separately so that they can be inspected and processed individually.

Please understand that processing your return may take a few days.

Why are return shipping costs charged?

In accordance with statutory regulations, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping. This is also stated in our Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy, which you accepted at the time of purchase.

How do I get my money back?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount. Depending on your payment method, you will receive:

  • A credit to your PayPal account if you paid via PayPal
  • A refund by bank transfer if you paid in advance
